This website gives information about the School, its academics, campus and admissions. You can browse every page without telling us who you are. We only receive personal information when you choose to contact us.

When you use the admission enquiry or contact form, the details you type (such as a parent’s name, phone number, email address, the student’s name and the class sought) are placed into an email in your own email app, which you then choose to send to info@shatabdigaya.com. This website does not store form entries on any server.
If you call, WhatsApp or email the School directly, we receive the details you share in that conversation.
3. How we use this information
- To respond to admission enquiries and general questions.
- To arrange campus visits, entrance tests and interviews.
- To share information you have asked for, such as fees, transport or documents.
4. Children's data
Enquiries about a child should be made by a parent or guardian. We use a child’s details only for the admission process. Photos of students that appear on this website are from school events published on the School’s official channels. To have a photo removed, contact the office.
6. Third-party services
Some pages embed content from Google Maps and YouTube (shown in privacy-enhanced mode). These services may set their own cookies when you interact with them, under their own privacy policies. Links to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp and Google reviews take you to those services.

Admission records are held by the School office and are accessible only to authorised staff. We take reasonable care to protect the information parents share with us.
8. Data retention
Enquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and the admission session it relates to. Records of admitted students are kept as required by CBSE and applicable law.
9. Your rights & grievances
